What is Green Technology ? Green Technology is a technologies invent and created with the purpose of protecting the environment and limiting the negative impact of humans and industrial activities on the environment from the production process to use.
Energy Industry
Green Technology from Nano Particle Engineering for processing plantation and agriculture waste (e.g empty fruit bunch-EFB), and other industrial waste into Biomass Energy that has a high calorific value (> 4.200 Kcal/Kg) and low impurity content, likes ash and sulphur content (<0,1%).
Biomass energy is demanded in the world for electricity generation industry and the provision of environmentally friendly and sustainable alternative energy because biomass will not run out because one of its sources is organic material that can continue to grow or be renewed, making it an excellent alternative to replace a fossil fuel.
The application of Nano Particles PT Panah Perak Megasarana to produces of biomass product, do not require any drying process, torrefaction and pyrolysis processes and the use of nano particles can produce a biomass product that have a good quality and quantity and meet domestic and global market standards requirement of biomass pellet.
Water Treatment and Purification Industry
In addition to Biomass Energy, PT Panah Perak Megasarana has also successfully developed and implemented on an industrial scale the processing of wastewater into clean water by prioritizing efficiency, quality and economy without using chemicals and large of aeration in the water processing process.
The technology invents and owned by PT Panah Perak Megasarana in processing and providing clean water can reduce the value and content of TDS by 30-40% and the content of NTU, COD and BOD by 70-80% only by using Nano Particles and Filtration Media without the requirement for Ultrafiltration and Reverse Osmosis Membranes.

Nano Particles in the form of Nano Materials produced from the green synthesis reactor are reversible and or can return to their original form or unsaturated level due to clusters of atoms and micro materials with quantum atomic plasma equations (the fourth state of matter after solid, liquid, gas consisting of a mixture of charged particles, namely positive ions and free electrons) bound in oxidation and reduction reactions and react in the green synthesis reactor (e.g. oxidation is the process of releasing electrons or increasing the oxidation number, while reduction is the process of capturing electrons or decreasing the oxidation number) with centripetal force and acceleration (fixed) that is linear, stable and sustainable.

IoT sensors in equipment can predict maintenance requirement plant instead of MRP’s before failure occurs, minimizing downtime and extending the lifespan of equipment or machinery.
IoT can provide a detailed overview of performance, wear, and operational needs, identifying equipment and machinery maintenance needs during production.
