As the President Director, Agussalim Igarashi is responsible for all aspects of the effective and efficient implementation of the Company’s operational programs as directed by the Company’s Board of Commissioners and Directors in the form of short and medium and long term strategies with special emphasis on technical factors, project management and business development. companies and subsidiaries.
Before joining and acquiring PT. Panah Perak Megasarana and diversifying the company’s business in 2016, Agussalim Igarashi is the Deputy Director of Technology (CTO) and Senior Project Manager at PT. Adaro Power, Adaro Energy Group, Senior Technical and Development Project Manager – Bumi Resources and Senior Project Controller / Cost Controller ARX / Cibaliung Sumberdaya -ANTAM. Agussalim Igarashi has experience in the fields of coal mining, gold, infrastructure, construction and the electricity industry for more than 20 (twenty) years. Agussalim Igarashi started his studies at the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), then continued his studies and graduated from the University of Wisconsin at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Madison University and Master of Science – MSc Technology at the California Institute Technology in Pasadena, California, USA in his field of Mechatronics.

As the President Commissioner, Elvyn G. Masassya, is responsible for providing direction and policy steps and strategic programs, both short, medium and long term of the Company for the growth and development of the Company, especially for the Board of Directors of the Company and its subsidiaries and business units and oversees the as well as supervising the implementation of the Company’s Work Plan and Budget which is decided at the Board of Commissioners and Directors Meeting and the GMS.
Prior to joining PT. Panah Perak Megasarana in 2021, Elvyn G. Masassya is the President Director of Jamsostek and Indonesia Port Corporation Indonesia (Pelindo II).
Elvyn G Masassya was born in Medan, June 18, 1967. Completed a Masters in Finance at ITB (Bandung Institute of Technology). Apart from other academic qualifications, he also holds several certifications from the Indonesian Bankers Institute; Investment Banking from Sydney University; and Risk Management-IRPA Hong Kong. In his professional career, he has more than 25 years of experience in finance. He has achieved many achievements, including The Best CEO Of State Owned Enterprise (SOE) Global Vision 2019, Indonesia Most Admired CEO 2019 “Future Leadership Transformation”, Excellent Leadership for Strategic Transformation into Global Standard Business.
